eDry/X is a high-capacity, solvent-free, coating-type moisture getter developed for applications in semiconductors, medical devices, microelectronic components, and optoelectronic component packaging, as well as other applications that require high functionality and reliability. It is compatible with thermal curing. Due to its viscous nature, it can be applied using methods such as syringe dispensing or brading.
